Kailey Miller

Kailey was diagnosed with AML (Acute Myelocytic Leukemia) on September 15th, 2005. Because so many people want to be involved, her family thought it best to keep everyone updated through this website. Here you will find updates on how Kailey is doing, what is involved in her treatment at this time, along with some fun pictures of family and friends. Please stay updated to find out how you can be praying for her and our family.

Monday, October 10

Kailey had another wonderful day. She did have to have a transfusion which meant she had to take benadryl which meant she slept for most of the day. It is wonderful that is the only information we have to share. No mouth sores, no stomach problems. Kailey feels great, she eats and drinks and is full of life. Our God is a wonderful God and we praise Him as He cares for Kailey.

Continue to pray for little Kailey and her journey. Our God is in control and we seek His will in all things. He has so very richly blessed us and kept us over the past few weeks. Praise Him for how wonderful Kailey is doing. Pray for the medical staff that they will continue to have clear minds as they treat Kailey and that they will clearly see God's direction. Continue to pray that Kailey may be a witness for those who come and go from her room.

    Kailey,

This message is from Alyssa from your soccer team and her mom. We just wanted you to know that the girls on your soccer team MISS YOU. They always ask how you are doing and pray for you. They can't wait to see you!!!

I also teach religion with Mrs. Turman - the media specialist at Western Union. We teach second graders. Every week when we come together as a class around our prayer table and pray, we are always praying for you!!!!!!!! How neat that all the kids about your age are praying for you and your family!!!

You and your family are always in our family's prayers. May God continue to watch over you!!

Alyssa and the rest of the Taflinger family
